All services are governed by separate project agreements or statements of work that specify deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property arrangements. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Axelrod Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
